Service Includes:
Full tank pumping with removal of accumulated sludge and scum.
Basic visual condition check of the tank during service.
Tank locating included if needed, with up to 30 minutes of probing.
Additional locating time billed hourly if the tank is not found within the initial 30 minutes.
Up to one hour of manual locating will be attempted before electronic locating equipment is required (additional fees apply).
Service performed by licensed and registered septic professionals.
Additional Charges:
$0.35 per gallon for tanks larger than the included volume.
$25 per hole per foot – Hand digging required for lids buried deeper than 6 inches (up to 2 feet).
Machine excavation – Required for tanks deeper than 2 feet. Pricing quoted as needed.
